How work and connect in hydraulic fluid power system?
In fluid power systems, power is transmitted and controlled through a fluid (liquid or gas) under pressure within an enclosed circuit. In general applications, a fluid may be conveyed under pressure.
Components may be connected through their ports by connectors and conductors (tubes and hoses). Tubes are rigid conductors; hoses are flexible conductors.
What use for ISO 8434-1 24°cone connectors?
ISO 8434-1 24°cone connectors are for use in fluid power and general applications within the limits of pressure and temperature specified in standard, but Winner 24°cone connectors have a higher pressure than specified in ISO 8434-1.
24°cone connectors are intended for the connection of plain end tubes and hose fittings to ports in accordance with ISO 6149-1, ISO 1179-1 and ISO 9974-1. (See ISO 12151-2 for a related hose fitting specification.)
What is the typical connection?
Below are typical examples of a ISO 8434-1 24°cone connector with cutting ring and with O-ring seal cone (DKO) end, see figure 1 and figure 2.
Figure 1 – Typical connection of 24°cone connector with cutting ring
Figure 2 – Typical connection of 24°cone connector with O-ring seal cone(DKO) end
What need pay attention when install 24°cone connectors?
When install the 24°cone connectors to other connectors or tubes shall be carried out without external loads, and tighten the connectors as the number of wrenching turns or assembly torque.
When assemble ISO 8434-1 24°cone connectors with cutting ring, please see “How to assemble 24° cone connectors using cutting ring conforming to ISO 8434-1 ”
Where will use 24° cone connectors?
24°cone connectors widely used in Germany, Europe and China etc., utilized in hydraulic systems on mobile and stationary equipment sch as excavator, construction machinery, tunnel machinery, crane, etc.
