Winner brand spiral 2 Piece hose fittings are matched with four spiral hose, such as ISO 3862: rubber covered spiral-wire reinforced hydraulic types for oil-based or water-based fluids rubber hose, there are three types hose distinguished by their construction, working pressure and oil resistance, type 4SP hoses for medium pressure hoses with four plies of steel wire spiral, type 4SH hoses for high pressure hoses with four plies of steel wire spiral, type R12 hose for heavy duty high temperature hoses with a medium pressure rating having four plies of steel wire spiral.
Use 00400-06D to 00400-16D socket match with 4SP hose and R12 hose, use 00400-12D, 00400-16D sockets and 00401-20D, 00401-24D, 00401-32D sockets match with 4SH hose, and those are skived socket series, spiral hose cover need skived before put socket on hose. If you need non-skived type socket need contact service.
Because the nipple and socket of 2 piece fittings are separated, so when assemble with hose, it need put the socket on the hose first, then insert the nipple into the hose inner hole, and then crimped outside of the socket with whole length, and crimped tight the fitting and hose together, after crimped, the hose assembly need withstand the burst pressure and impulse testing etc. with no leakage.
