Product Introduction
Winner brand interlock hose fittings are very stronger hose fittings, special design for match with six plies of steel wire spiral hose, such as ISO 3862 R13/R15, EN 856 R13, SAE J517 100R13/R15 spiral hose, type R13 hoses are heavy duty high temperature hoses with a high-pressure rating having a multiple steel wire spiral, type R15 hoses are heavy duty high temperature hoses with an extra high-pressure rating having a multiple steel wire spiral.
Interlock fittings have separate socket and nipple, before assembled with hose, not only need skive the hose cover, but also need skive some length the inner tube of the hose, after assembled the nipple and socket and hose and crimped, the one tooth of socket at the shoulder end will tightly press the steel wire reinforcement layer of the hose that had been skived inner tube on the groove of nipple, form a strong anti-pulling force. Other teeth of the socket will crimp on the hose with inner tube to the nipple tail and keep sealing under higher pressure and temperature.
Those interlock hose assemblies that interlock hose fittings matched with R13/R15 six spiral hose are used under heavy load with higher pressure conditions, such as tunnel boring machine, rotary drill rig etc.
