Product Introduction
Winner brand flange connectors meet and exceed ISO 6162-1 hydraulic fluid power – flange connections with split or one piece flange clamps and metric or inch screws – part 1: flange connectors, ports and mounting surfaces for use at pressures of 3.5 MPa to 35 MPa, DN 13 to DN 127, ISO 6162-2 hydraulic fluid power – flange connections with split or one piece flange clamps and metric or inch screws – part 2: flange connectors, ports and mounting surfaces for use at pressures of 42 MPa, DN 13 to DN 76.
Winner brand flange connectors include flanged head, split flange clamps, one piece flange clamps, tube connectors, use four metric screw for mounting, and provide size from DN 13 to DN 51, if you need a large size flange, please contact our customer service.
It is important that all screws be lightly torqued before applying the final torque values to avoid breaking the split flange clamps or one-piece flange clamps during installation. Hand tighten the screws in the sequence shown in below figure to ensure uniform contact at all four screw locations to prevent the flange tipping, which can lead to the flange breaking during application of final torque. Then torque the screws in the sequence shown below in two or more increments to the final screw torque level and using the relevant wrench sizes. Screw lengths are calculated for steel, use of other materials can require different screw lengths.
The surface pressure between the screw head and the flange clamp should be considered, the use of hardened washers is recommended.
These flange connectors widely used in construction machinery in the world, mostly for heavy duty application.
The plating of connectors are free of Cr6+, and the corrosion protection performance reached 360h no red rust, it is far exceed standard ISO 6162-1 and ISO 6162-2 requirements.
